Same as the Dimension, just 10% smaller. This is one of our specially tested colors..a beautiful smokey grey. It looks like a jewel in your hand! We leave the edges in a matte finish, which gives this guitar pick
a unique sound..like a violin bow! A whispery hint of sound is added to the fantastic tone of this V-Pick.
A great replacement for your Jazz picks. Small and comfy, yet has a lot of bite and speed. Especially for a small pick. All V-Picks are made of our own special formula of acrylic. It clings to your fingers when the pick warms to your touch. You won´t have to re-adjust your pick in your hand, it just stays where you put it!
The Ghost Rim model V-Pick is an option of manufacture that gives you a wonderful, unique, and very musical ºwhisper¹ to your pick attack. It can be used to tame down a very aggressive attack and yet, if you change your technique just a bit, you can get that cool Brian May, Ed King, Billy Gibbons effect and sound! It can deliver a hush effect much like a violin bow, or bark like you are using a coin as a plectrum. First we take extra time to expertly and masterfully grind the pick. We have this method down to an art. This is not easy and takes years to learn to do it correctly. So much care is taken because the pick does not go thru the last stage of flame buffing. The flame can hide a multitude of sins, so we have to make sure these are precisely made to our exacting specifications. I first started making picks like this in 1980. V-Picks are the FIRST and ORIGINAL company to make this product available to you. We invented this idea of making picks and we excel above all the rest in doing so. All of my personal picks have been Ghost Rim or ºunbuffed¹ picks.

Hi Vinni and Nancy!
I have spent quite some time trying nearly every pick available: different shapes, sizes, thicknesses, textures, finishes, colors, weird and wonderful materials (glass, metal, wood, bone, shell, horn, plastic, nylon, polycarbonate, carbon, meteorite, etc).
I had been searching for a pick that provided significant clarity, volume and a crisp attack.
I was surprised at how many different picks produced thin lifeless tones, mediocre dynamics and dull attack characteristics. I was even more surprised to learn that many of these picks are used by high-profile professional guitarists!
I started evaluating V-Picks at the end of 2008 ¬ I began with the Screamer. I found the Screamer to be a little too bright, and lacking in the mids. I checked back in 2009 and picked up both the Buffed and Unbuffed Dimension. Wow! I learned a couple of things ¬ a thicker pick produces way more volume, and the Unbuffed finish has just the right amount of friction to produce a snappy, crisp attack, with minimal pick noise. The Dimension has substantially stronger mids, bass and volume compared to the Screamer. My only issue with the Dimension was the overall size of the pick ¬ it didn´t suit my small hands.
Fast forward to 2010: I picked up a B b and both the Buffed and Unbuffed Dimension Junior. When I first tried the Bb I thought that something was wrong with my guitar ¬ the strings were almost muting! It turns out that a combination of pick angle (I hold my pick perpendicular to the strings) and a super smooth edge on B b did not provide enough friction. On to the Dimension Junior ¬ the Dimension Junior Unbuffed absolutely kills! It has all of the wonderful characteristics of the Dimension Unbuffed, and it fits perfectly in my hand. It also has the perfect mass (weight, density) for more aggressive, percussive picking. My new favorite pick!
Thank you for continuing to expand the V-Pick family, and for producing arguably the world´s best picks.
